New in version 4.7

Aware IM 4.7 delivers a number of improvements and fixes. Here are the most important improvements:

New calendar

The new calendar offers the following:

  • Modern theme-matched look and feel
  • Context menu with the ability to define custom operations with appointments
  • Ability to display appointments in different colors
  • Scheduling view
  • Drag and drop in the daily view

 

New calendar

Data import in XML format

This is a welcome addition to the existing import functionality. It allows importing data together with other related data. For example, it is now possible to import customers, their orders, accounts and transactions from a single file.

Form printing

Version 4.7 allows printing a data form displayed in the browser. It will be printed pretty much as it is shown. There is no need to design a document template if all you need is a quick form printout.

Improved login management

This includes:

  • Support for lockout after unsuccessful login attempts
  • Support for forgotten passwords
  • Support for password-type attributes

Improvements to menu

This includes the ability to expand menu initially and the ability to add separators.

Other improvements

Version 4.7 also has many smaller productivity improvements and bug fixes.
