New in version 4.5

Aware IM 4.5 delivers a number of improvements and fixes. Here are the most important improvements:

Dynamic languages

With version 4.5 you can not only provide the user interface to your applications in multiple languages, you can let your users switch between the languages dynamically. On the fly, any time they like! They would not even have to log out of the application, just pick a language from menu. Aware IM can even choose the language for users automatically based on their computer settings.

As with many other features, Aware IM handles multiple languages automatically. All you need to do is prepare text bits used in your applications in languages of your choice and Aware IM will handle the rest.

Google Maps integration

Showing an area map will enhance any application that deals with physical addresses or locations. In Aware IM version 4.5 you can easily add Google Maps to forms and presentations for such data.

Just specify a data element used to store an address and Aware IM will display Google Map for the actual address stored in the data element. It is that simple!

 

Easy system settings

All important parameters that control Aware IM (memory allocation, timeout intervals, assigned ports, etc.) can now be set using a single dialog window accessible from the Aware IM Control Panel. Very convenient!

How to get the new version

If you hold an Aware IM license, simply login to your account and click Update on your license form.
