Hi Support,
We keep on getting this error every now and then and then impossible for users to log into our application. Have to restart the server to clear the issue.
Has anyone seen or had it before?
Your input will be much appreciated.

Certainly does not look like an Aware IM error.
Never seen that before.
Are you hosting internally or on a Cloud Server?
On the very rarest of occasions one of our users cannot log in when windows is updating something in the background. So we put off
all Windows updates to a time when the least amount of uses are likely to be using the system

Hi Jaymer,
Yes we do use it. Just reproduced the error. We actually thought that it was for a specific user? But by the looks of it, it locks the system if there was 10 unsuccessful logins, even if it was different users? Is that correct?

Yes, the system is locked after the specified number of unsuccessful login attempts
