Hello,
When accessing an external DB the tables imported by AIM show some of the Date fields as TimeStamp fields with a format of: yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.S
Will it modify the external table at all if the Format in AIM was changed to be MM/dd/yyyy for the timestamp field?
All other setting are disables so the format is the only thing I can change.
Also on another field their is a supplier ID and it is showing the format of #.00 in AIM. Can this format be changed to just # when I do a query on this External table and set the FIND to be Where SupplierID=100001 it does not find anything but if I use 100001.00 then if finds the records. The supplier id such just be 100001.
Can these changes to the format be done without affecting the external DB Table structure?
Roger
