Identity Fields in SQL

OK, I knew I had another question. Can I work with a SQL table that has an identity field for the primary key? If so, if I have a trigger that selects the key field on insert can Aware get that and use that field?

You posted in tips and trick... Rookie mistake. Let's close the thread here and move to general discussion... And the question is not perfectly clear to me, maybe restate a bit.
