There no ouput messages axcept that the login credentials are wrong or access is denied.aware_support wrote:Is there anything in the output of the Aware IM Server?
Is there a chance that you are using wrong user name/password/business space combination?
The user name and password works in operation mode, so should work in testing mode.
here is the output from the NETSTAT -B command:

Create a new business space and create a version for testing there. Then try to login in the testing mode. If this works, then either you forgot the right credentials or you have corrupt testing database for the main business space. In either case you can export your business space version and import it into the new business space.
If login in the new business space doesn't work then indeed you have some issue with ports. In this case please attach output of Tomcat and the Aware IM Server.

oops
Hi Guys
It seems you were correct about the password being different.
I had changed the password for the test users, with an admin account via test mode. I completely forgot about this.
Really sorry to have wasted your time.
Thanks for help.
