When creating a query, in the "Where" box -- the "attribute / expression" list is not dynamic. The list will stay the same from the time you opened up the query to edit it even if you add a new BO attribute to the BO that the query is using.
I would expect that when you click on the drop down arrow in the "attribute/expression" column the list would be the most current list of options.
Now you have to close the query & reopen it to refresh that list.
