Hey all,
The image is a dynamic form and you will notice that an error appears after selecting a radio button and clicking the create button. but the process continues and completes the report as typical.

FYI- This does not happen when a drop down box is used in replace of the radio button.

Any idea?

Support has confirmed by email that they have found & fixed this in the next build.
