Integrity Error

I get an error when trying to test an application for the first time. It says that there is an integrity error and the test report mentions something along the lines of the visual perspectives not being valid. The visual perspectives also do not allow me to add a new visual perspective.

You can only test or publish a version when there are no integrity problems. Therefore you need to fix problems reported by the integrity checker.
