Unable to find image file n

I have a date attribute that is common across several BOs thgat are collected in a Business Object Group.
I want the user to be able to modify the date and so changed the presentation of the attribute in one of the BOs.

When I save the BO, I am prompted to also change the attribute for other BOs but when I select Yes I get the following error and the change is lost.

"Exception while saving the object, Unable to find the image file n"
