Hi Support.

Is it normal for the 'Configuration Tool' to be displaying x 2 'Services' icons underneath the 'Visual perspectives' node for any Business Space Version?

No, it's not normal. There was a bug a long time ago that used to produce such business space versions. To fix it please do the following:

1) Select the business space version
2) Press CTRL - I
3) Save the version
