Session Timed Out - not working

Session Timed Out - not working

I have setup 120 minutes in General Settings. ->After 1 hour the session is terminated....
Even Session on user level tested, but same result.

Is this a bug?

I've never managed to get session timeout to change, no matter what I try. Haven't looked into it for a while though.
