Queries - when mouse is over record - popup not ok

In queries when I check the option " when mouse is over record" the popup description is not ok:



The last record from bottom is outside the window.

I also experience this problem and the problem with tooltips is also still there in other areas like html editor etc.. Hope we can get a complete fix for this.
