It is an excellent video. It's also 6 months old, which is an eternity in this rapidly-evolving area. Flutter just came out with 2.0 and Google just launched the Hummingbird beta, which gives Flutter a progressive web app (PWA) option.

Jon, you got all these wrong.
Google just announced V1 of Flutter.
Hummingbird as created in 2013 for search engine.
Flutter is a Native Mobile, and Hummingbird has nothing to do with WPA to help Flutter.
