We are pleased to announce that the registration site for the Conference is now open.

Sign up as a new user.....

Browse the site to review the Program, Value you get, Venue, Accommodation, Who is Behind it and Sponsors.

From the Menu on the left you can...
Go to the Info Pages
Buy a Ticket
Buy Extras (if you want additional Polo Shirts)
Check our you Profile.

We will continue to update the site as time goes on and as we receive more advice in terms of the exact location and name of the meeting room(s) at the Excalibur.

We have checked and there is plenty of accommodation for the period of the conference and it is relatively cheap. We would recommend you head on over to the Excalibur site (see link from the Accommodation page) and book you room quickly.

Please note that Registration and Welcome Drinks are on Sunday evening the 12th April so you will need to arrive to Vegas on that day at the latest.

Mark, I think you have a typo on the four pricing options. Shouldn't the last one be "Late Comers - After 31st Match 2015"?

That is only the landing page Ben.

Go to Login and sign up as a new user and you will see the entire site built in Aware.

There is no charge to Sign up to the site...

Once there you have the option to buy a ticket to the Conference

Thanx Ben.

I had never done it before so got a lot of help from Henrik. Tag Teamed between design and content.

Of course, every ATTENDEE will get a complete copy of the entire site and application as part of their Goodie Bag so they can use it for their own purposes. (lots of other stuff in the Goodie Bag to!)

What I really liked was being able to layout the content pages in WebFlow (I am hopeless when it comes to page layout and graphics) and then just dump them into an Aware IM message attribute so that the pages are in the DB.

I am sure you will agree that we have some terrific stuff and certainly there are topics that will appeal to everyone, from those still considering diving into Aware IM to long term salty sea dogs who have been using it for years.

It sure will be a great event.

Great Site. Question on the site there are room prices mentioned for the Excaliber hotel. How do we get these rates? When I try to book the prices are around $100 a night.

Hi Gert,

I booked a room on the 4th December for 5 nights checking in on 11th and checking out on the 16th for $283.76 USD + tax and resort fee.

It seems that the rates have gone up a bit. Which is surprising. I have no idea why. Might be a bit like the airlines....fluctuating all the time.

To cut costs it is always an option to ask if anyone might want to share a room I suppose.

I meant to add.....

We have not block booked any rooms. If you do that then you are liable to pay for all the rooms for all the nights for any you don't sell or for any no shows.

I don't have the funds to take that risk I am afraid.

Really is first in, best dressed.
