out of memory error

Hi

Please help
i'm running awareim V4 on a linux server, i constantly get a out of memory error:

HTTP Status 500-
message
description
the server encounted an internal error () the prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception

root cause

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

How can i prevent this from happening the server is running with 4Gigs of ram.

Please take the time to search the forums for your problem before posting a new query.

There are MANY queries like this on this forum - please search and you will get your reply. You need to increase memory allocated to Aware IM components.
