Please inform me as to how i can unlock my aware to retrieve my BSV file and to put my license key in your pay pal system was not up to scratch and we have now lost time and money due to poor service from your company

please advise me on how this can be done

AwareIM's service has always been outstanding. If you have a license key question, you should send them an email at [email protected] .

You might want to be more specific in your email to them because it's hard to understand so far.
