Incorporating AwareIM data into a website page

This question is more a HTML question than an AwareIM question. I am a newbie to HTML & wondering if anyone can give me some pointers on how to incorporate some AwareIM info into a web page similar to the AwareIM "My Account" page at http://www.awareim.com/my_account_iframe.html
