I recently had to change my JBoss ports because of MS Message Queue. Also, I had to set my Tomcat ports to others because Symantic is running Tomcat too.
Everything seems to be operational since I made these changes with one exception. How do I get the configuration tool to use my new port 9080 versus 8080 when doing the operational login?
JBoss & Tomcat

If you are talking about the command in the Configuration Tool that lets you login into the Operation Mode, you need to change the file UIConfig.props located in the BIN directory. Add the following property to this file:
OperationMode=http://localhost:9080/AwareIM/logon.jsp
The URL you specify will be used by the Configuration Tool
