Recalculation on Forms for Text Attributes

Hi
When creating a rule, under the advance tab there is an option to automatically re-calculate attributes without a refresh.

However it appears this only works for number type attributes

Is there any way to get the same behaviour on a normal Text attribute. For example I want to automatically PROTECT a reference field without the need to save the form ie :"
"If Account.AssignToTeam='Yes' Then
PROTECT Account.AssignedToUser FROM ALL EXCEPT System"

I thought that this would be possible with a call back or Ajax features of AwareIM. Is there a solution to this ?

It should work for text attributes as well. Before saying that it's not working please check your rules and the Log Viewer
