Change operation invoked from a form?

Is there a way to change the background image for the Operation bar created when using operations invoked from a form?

For instance when using the Blue style there is a gradient stripe that is created. Of course I could find the image and change it but i thought i would ask....

You can use an old style operation bar interface or you need to change it manually.
