I have been testing 2.3 for nearly 30 days now (2 days left). I am almost finnished with my first app and think Aware IM will be our choice.
But what happens now? Can I upgrade to 3.0 and test it as well for 30 days or will it lock?
And if it locks will I have a choice to run 2.3 if a buy a license (if for some reason 3.0 doesn´t feel as good)
Can I import an 2.3 exported business space to 3.0?

If you install v3 in the same folder as the 2.3 your 30 days will end in 2 days.
Not sure why you wouldn't like v3 but I am sure Aware will issue a 2.3 licence key. You will need to make sure you install v2.3 - Aware Support will need to provide you a link.
I have imported v2.3 applications to v3 no problem but they don't go the other way.

Just to officially confirm what Feeldabuzz said:
1) You cannot evaluate version 3.0 for another 30 days. Have a look at our info about 3.0 on the web site or use the remaining 2 days to have a look at 3.0
2) You can import BSV files created in 2.3 into 3.0 without losing any information. You CANNOT import BSV files created in 3.0 into 2.3
3) We can certainly give you access to 2.3 if you want to use this version for some reason
