Wanted to give thanks to the Aware support team. This week I needed to process incoming text messages. TheTexting & TextMagic use "reserved words" in their CALLBACK parms... and Aware (by default) maps those parms to field names when processing an inbound REST action. But Aware doesn't let you create field names of "from" or "to". They offer an inbound mapping table for this purpose - which, in the last several builds... broke.

I wrote up an email last night to Aware Support and had a reply when I woke up. After they started their day, within a few hours I had a patch and was back in business tonight with the copy of a new .jar file.

I know everyone likes to hear these great support stories!
