I am trying to print a time sheet for employees, using a subquery for each week, with a possible of 5 subqueries being used. So I have a template that has a three line header and then a Details Group that has:
Table for Sub Query 1
Total Field for Week 1
Table for Sub Query 2
Total Field for Week 2
Table for Sub Query 3
Total Field for Week 3
Table for Sub Query 4
Total Field for Week 4
Table for Sub Query 5
Total Field for Week 5
I have tried setting these to Float, but because there could be many entries within each Sub Query, I get an error saying something to the effect that I have not defined the Details area so that it can expand beyond its current size.
My question is how do I do that? I have looked at all the options for the Details Group and do not see anything there that would help.
I tried putting a 'Page Break' element after the second query and that does not seem to work.
I would like to have the first two weeks on the front page and the other three on a second page.
Am I trying to do something this just wasn't designed for?
Any pointers appreciated.
Jim
