Export to Excel only exports current page

There are 4 choices on a query to export the data,

1) Print which gives a very ugly form that could be sent to a printer
2) CSV, which uses the column names NOT the column headings
3) PDF which gives me a network error
4) Excel which ONLY exports the current page (but uses the column headings

As you can guess, I don't find any of these perfect. Wondering what can be done.....
