Remove Up, Down Arrows on Numeric Filters

Is there an (easy) way to remove the Arrows that increment the filter field. (see attached.). Ideally I would like to always have them removed.

Using the browser inspector you should be able find the associated css class. You can use override the class in a custom css file.
