Build 2461 - new version of MySQL driver

We have released build 2461. Apart from bug fixes it has the latest version of Connector /J - JDBC driver for MySQL.
The old version of the driver didn't work with the latest MySQL version (8.0). So if you use this MySQL version you must update to build 2461
