Browser Highlighting Form Fields

Post by customaware »

I have been meaning to ask this question for a long time..

Does anyone know why my Chrome Browser sometimes highlights certain Form Fields..... usually it is a password field.
Often... not always, if i edit a User then the password field is highlight and then Aware thinks the field has been changed.

Have a look at these two images.
Any ideas how to stop this please?

Hi Mark, below are the reasons which could be responsible most of the times.

- You must have any chrome extensions installed like LastPass
- You must have some features enabled under chrome settings which saves the values of the form and try to fill those boxes whenever the same page loads.

The yellow make me think it is Chrome's built in password manager, it's a pain in the butt. Causes lots of tickets, cause you can't have it on for your site and administer User records.
