Thanks for the responses. PointsWell, I'll try your idea and see how I go.
Jaymer, any idea how you'll achieve this?

Bulk editing records
Is there a way to bulk edit certain fields across multiple records? Example: I have a query of students, that hold information about their enrolment. I want to select 20 students and move them to another class, but I don't want to open the records individually and change it. Ideally I would like to ...

Moving Aware IM to server - Derby Database
Hi all, I'm transferring my BSV from my personal computer to a VPS. I have moved the BS & CSS etc. I also coppied the "Data" folder, as I want to keep my data. How do I make sure the newly imported BS (on the server) links to my old data I have copied? I have tried to access the data on the new serv...

Re: Calendar/Scheduler
Hope you are doing well too during these crazy times!
Do you remember how you showed the extra data in the event?
Best,
Nick

Calendar/Scheduler
Couple of questions about the Calendar/Scheduler. When recurring events, I want each recurring event to be an individual record (not just references), is that possible or do I need to set up a heap of processes for a manual recurrance? The reasoning for separate events is that I need to show events...

Left Panel Issue & Calendar Events
I have two questions: 1. I have noticed there is a gap (about 6px) between the left panel bar & the main page panel (especially noticeable when using tabs). I can’t find any margin or padding in the CSS. I have got my own CSS file, so I tried to take it back to the original CSS & still the same issu...

Re: Filtering queries from a relationship multi-select
I have put the following query. The 'IS UNDEFINED' helps if there are no filter items. I have Another peer relationship I want to filter (possibly at the same time). I found an old post in the forum that had a similar filter, but I can only seem to filter one field at a time, otherwise, it cancels o...

Re: Filtering queries from a relationship multi-select
Hi Mark, I quickly put in that query and it worked- Thanks very much. The only issue I have now is that if the LoggedInRegular.Staff_filter is empty (don't want to filter any records, I just want to see them all), it doesn't return any results. I know logically that makes sense, but its kind of a pa...

Re: Filtering queries from a relationship multi-select
Thanks, Basically, the main BO (filtering in the query) is an Appointment object. Within that object, there is a peer relationship to a ‘Staff’ object. The idea is a user creates the appointment object, then assigns staff (could be multiple) to that appointment. Some of the appointment grids can be ...

Filtering queries from a relationship multi-select
Hi all, First post on the forum- so far really enjoying Aware IM. I will probably have a few questions over the next few weeks… First one: I am running a query for a BO. In that BO I have a relationship field (multiple allowed) to select staff members allocated. I would like to filter the query by a...
