In your opinion, does it make more sense to install version 9 in a new directory or to just install by overwriting?

I never put them in the BSV. Mainly because I can never clearly understand how that is supposed to work. I add all of my SP directly to the DB manually.... When stored procedures are stored in a business space version they are applied to the underlying database when the business space is published for the first time.
