Contingency Plan - developer needed
Hi, I have a client that has been running their AwareIM application for the past 10 years and it has become something of a mission critical application for them. They have asked me to put a contingency plan together in case I was ever hit by a truck. I am looking for a few interested developers that...

Re: Cors Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Sounds good. as mentioned, I am using it to provide robust offline capabilities, better integration with devices and auto-sensed db changes which can push whatever I want back and forth from AwareIM under whatever conditions I want to specify. For me, it is just one more tool in the toolbox but it i...

Re: Cors Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Hi, I realize that this is an AwareIM forum and it wasn't my intention to promote Decsoft although I have found David to be extremely helpful. I am a loyal fan of AwareIM and have been for a longer period than most. I was just saying that DecSoft was the one that I settled on for this type of applic...

Re: Cors Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Hi, Okay, so I guess that my post was a little misleading. I have just finished a true AwareIM native mobile app and so I am pretty familiar with what can be done right now and what can't be done. For my next project because of the need to have more robust and seamless offline capabilities, better a...

Re: Cors Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Thanks for your reply, yes that is what I was fighting with, I did end up getting it working in the end. I am pushing the envelope a bit by creating a custom offline first progressive mobile web app that uses native js for the front end, pouchdb/couchdb to provide the offline/online db access with l...

Cors Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Hi, I am trying to consume an AwareIM rest service from a mobile application and am receiving the following error on submission: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://xxxxxxxxx/REST/xxxxxxxx/VesselTokenRequest. (Reason: CORS header ‘Acc...

Re: AIM V6 - Chrome update - From Buttons Go Missing
Hi,
I'm facing the same issue for a client that hasn't upgraded to v7 yet. Any chance you could share the details of your css fix?
Thanks,
Pete

Re: Centering numbers in query columns
Thanks, I am fine with making the change system wide but I only want the change to impact columns where the data for that column is a number, not for other data types such as text. Logic would seem to dictate that you are handling this conditionally in some js-file so that text has left alignment an...

Hi,
Does anybody happen to know the script required to center the data in number columns in all queries?
Thanks,
Pete

Hey Tom, I guess that makes us a couple of old timers. 11 years later, and still developing in AwareIM day in and day out.

Re: live chat assistance
Hi Tom,
Yes it worked. After I saw the post I remembered that I had done something similar years ago and forgotten all about it. I also use js links in the startup file for rollover hints and help files in a popup layer.
Cheers,
Pete
