Please move timezone folder into OL folder where startup.html is located. I think this should solve your problem. Let us know how it goes.

We are facing issues even on Google Chrome. Aware website awareim.com does not work on many computers in our office. So we use Edge. Not a Critical issue for us so kinda managing but may be an issue for Aware team to have a look.

Yes you are right. Currently, the list is populated from timezone.full.js file. It is possible to pull the list real-time from an external source also, and we are currently working in that direction. Will update you all soon.
