It is certain that I need to rebuild the indexes on a table (maybe more than one table) but I've never done it. I am not confident about which command to use. All help is appreciated and I will gladly compensate. Please PM me if you have experience.

I have a process that seems to complete all tasks, but the log says it's timed out and it remains in the Active Processes. This started when I updated to Build 8.8 from something like 8.6. When running as a service, is it normal to have two instances of wrapper.exe running as a process?

I have validated that as the changelog states, you don't need to do this when using a different folder name other than AwareIM.

I believe you will have to use png images and you can apply them conditionally. Not fun, but it works. The built-in report engine does not know of the FA library.

Just a note that in a recent build, the changelog states that you no longer have to change the values in aware.js and aware_full.js. I have validated this.

Right. If you don't change the name of the webapps\AwareIM folder, then this is not necessary.
