Happens on a busy server so its hard to track down.

Of course, the bootstrap file IS there, and its always shown that theme error message, so its not been a problem. but if you're reading this, can you check your Tomcat Output on v9 and see if you see a similar message? Oh, I thought it was ONLY running a Query, by initial looks, until I saw Save/Close. You've got all the data lines that make up the IncomeStatement in a "child" file connecting to a parent. And the form you're on is the parent, which holds the dates... So the cell is the "PM" attribute. Nice strategy.

Here's the process that gets called to email a PO to a Vendor.
A process has already created the OutgoingEmail_PO record.
A scheduler process checks every minute and calls this passing the record to send.
