Re: Tables for comparison (Case Study)
I updated the sheet with a Scenario. Seeing your initial movement of Feb->Mar, it made me wonder if the movement of a booking to another spot needs to be tracked? or is helpful to be tracked? cause you're going to enter that as a freeform comment possibly. but the comment won't help any future autom...

Re: *SOLVED* Search bar query
actually, i don't think using "in batches of 1" is REALLY valid... its just needed to make it work. Doesn't make sense. I think its a bug. I got bit by this about a month ago like you. Wanted to make a new field which was the concatenate of 2 fields. Its OBVIOUSLY looping through all the records, ca...

Re: ►Proposal◄ Affiliate & Partnership with AwareSoft
Past Saturday, I met a gentleman in the gym who had just sold his software company for $50M to a larger company. As I got more into conversation with him, he said once we started an affiliate & partnership program with our users, our growth and recognition went up in multiple times. I once had a ba...

Index suggestion
PERHAPS, in the short term, an optimizer or "sniffer" could be implemented. Its certainly easier for Vlad to analyze those hundreds of rules & processes and at least SUGGEST indexes where Aware "sees" heavy usage. Having said that, this new tool will definitely be a work in progress. For now, just s...

Re: Best practices in optimizing rules and processes
in that older thread support suggested:
"2) Indexing of attributes may help "
does that mean adding an index externally to Aware (ie. directly in the DB)?

I don't get it
To ASK180
You make a claim,
it was answered politely, without malice.
An experienced user asks u to post a couple of screens,
Then you assume, and you're like "I decline. [it appears] thats too much work"
oh well

Vlad, since you're following this...
My original request was to have these background colors show up like what John achieved. Screen Shot 2016-04-04 at 2.28.32 AM.png The buttons to the right (Edit, Delete, etc.) are not there because we don't know what they are called to put into the template. All we need to know is how to find the na...

Re: TEMPLATE ERROR: Unable to Display a Document
Vlad, thx for reply. I hear what you're saying, but this isn't like I'm trying to send a letter to a person. I only did that basic example to show a simple case. I have a bunch of records in a BO, and I want to send those out to a text file. Or I want to do an XML dump of transactions. I code my DTD...
