Thanks for this. The Issue is plain text attribute (usually something like September 2016) and the Magazine attribute is a dropdown of the four: JHB, CPT, DBN and PTA. So on creation I would fill in the Issue and it would create the 4 BookLists with the different magazines.

What is the optimum size for your database to be? If I export my SQL file, it's like 15Gb. I think this is what is causing problems whenever I try publish a new version. Obviously I can't go dropping tables as it's all important data.

Yeah, I'm specifically looking for any QuoteLineItems where that is the LAST QuoteLineItem within a Quote within the next 3 months. The end of the contract, so to speak. This will help find any within next three months but not necessarily the last month of the contract.
