View "Document" type field as image inside a B.O. "Form"
Hello! I have a "Document" type field, and I´m saving images here. (Into the file sistem, not the database) and I want to show the images in a form. Not only show the name and route of the file. This works fine if I use "Picture" type documents, but I want to store the files in the server, not the d...

Re: Tool to control app activation (user leasing app)
Yes, Im trying to do somethings easy and friendly. Here in Mexico, people that had thier servers on hosting companies are taking them down, and preffer to install them in their local offices. That restricts me in some point of having access to the app. Now everyone wants to lease. no to pay the full...

Re: Tool to control app activation (user leasing app)
I want to use something like AwareIM uses. Some key generator. Every 30 days. So people can reach me to send a unique key.
Like having a key generator for an app in AwareIM.
Or maybe even have a key to unlock undefenetly.

Tool to control app activation (user leasing app)
Hello! Im looking for a tool, or some way to help me limit the time on (days) in how the user access my app. The app should be installed in their local server, so probably I wont be having access to it. I would like to have a key that changes every 30 days or so. So if they dont input the key, they ...

Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation
Hello! Does anyone had an experience using AwareIM with 10 to 30 users, having AwareIM installed in Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation? Is there any problems? Or would you recommend a larger version of Windows Server? I have never used this version, but it comes with the server I want. (Price) Does i...

I find that much more efficient and saves me having to RDP into the server.
Just need to go in occasionally and delete the Obsoletes.
Thank you Mark.
All of you great answers! It helps a lot to hear from the best.

Re: RUNTIME: Goes to previous versions and deletes fields an
Yes and it goes to the Deployed folder. This is my preferred method of updating. I have a batch file to stop and start both services. I trigger the batch file for the middle of the night. I put my BSV in the AUTO_DEPLOYMENT folder and push my new BSV. Works like champ. Thank you guys! you are great...

Re: RUNTIME: Goes to previous versions and deletes fields an
I noticed in 5.x that the runtime installation plops a file called app.bsv into the Autodeployment folder. I noted it to Support and I recently updated a runtime client on 7.0 and did not see the issue. But after installing a runtime update, make sure there is nothing in the AUTO_DEPLOYMENT folder....

Re: RUNTIME: Goes to previous versions and deletes fields an
Thank you Mark! Yes, I have deleted all previous versions. But, I have just found out, that this happens only when AwareIM Runtime Server is started. Lets say that I make an upgrade. Works, runs great. Until for some reason the server needs to be rebooted. This is when it seem to take an older versi...

Created a new fields, and some reports. (easy stuff) Made this in my developer machine, and exported the BS...
