Re-connecting to the AwareIM Server

If the AwareIM Server went down for whatever reason during the configuration session it is possible to re-establish the connection once the server has been re-started. To do this:

  1. Select the Reconnect command from the Tools menu.
  2. Enter the credentials for logging into the Configuration Tool. Once the connection to the AwareIM server has been re-established the corresponding message will be displayed.
