  - Drag and drop in form designer (Table Layout mode) sometimes didn't work properly
  - Form preview with signatures didn't work
  - "Entire width less" settings for text areas with "count characters" on didn't work properly
  - Default panel header for reference grids could be stripped off from existing BSV's
  - "Stretch grid to bottom" was not accurate when grid was displayed inside a tab
