About the Conference

The first International Aware IM Developers Conference was held in Las Vegas, USA from April 12 to April 15.

It was a great event that attracted Aware IM developers from all over the world – USA, Australia, Europe, South Africa, Mongolia. One of the founders of Awaresoft the maker of Aware IM, and Chief Architect Vladimir Simkin was also at the conference.

The three days of the conference saw presentations from Aware IM developers and Vladimir that covered various features of Aware IM – accessing external databases, import templates, user defined workflows, using Fusion Charts and Pivot tables, business rules context to name a few. Vladimir has also presented the roadmap of the product for the upcoming releases.

Presentation sessions were followed by workshops where developers could learn how to write Java plugins for Aware IM and make native mobile applications. The last day of the Conference had a “Show and Tell” session where several Aware IM developers presented the applications they had built using Aware IM.

Overall, the Conference was a great success with developers feeling a strong sense of “community” and learning from each other’s experience. Please see some photos from the Conference below.

Proceeds of the Conference

The organizers of the Aware IM Developers International Conference will be offering all Conference material for sale for a fee of $300 USD as a complete package including, screen video recordings of all presentation and workshop sessions with their associated documentation, sample BSVs and support files.

This download package can be pre-ordered by sending an email to [email protected] requesting an Invoice for the package for the fee quoted above. Aware IMDevelopers.com will send you a PayPal invoice for payment. The Conference materials are expected to be ready in approximately 1 week and a download link will be sent to those who have pre-ordered immediately after it is ready.
