Bugs:
1. Query using form didn't work it it was permanently displayed and Back button was pressed
2. Proper error message is displayed if user selects a process that requires selection but selection was not made
3. Form doesn't automatically refresh itself if a process started from this form replaced the form

Improvements:
1. Support for errorPage for URL parameters for all servlets
2. Allow longer BO names for Oracle in testing mode
