Bugs:
1. Dynamic recalculation of HTML cells was not correct for forms with multiple sections
2. HTML documents with tags and UTF-8 encoding had problems
3. IS DEFINED/UNDEFINED check for ADDED/REMOVED prefixes didn't work
4. Scheduler didn't work in SQL Server (DATE_PART function is now supported)
5. Recalculation problems for HTML cells
6. HTML e-mails could hang the system
7. Start process operations with reference parameters didn't work
8. XML export for versions with trees has been broken
