Bugs:
1. Sometimes outgoing e-mail port set from SystemSettings didn't work
2. Timeout used to send to logon2.html insteaf of logon.html
3. Forgotten password didn't work in FF
4. Passwords for incoming and outgoing e-mail didn't work properly if set from SystemSettings
