Bugs:
1. Shortcuts to external objects are no longer sortable and included in the filter dialog
2. If parameter to a process was not provided an internal error was generated
3. Custom presentation was not updated when a process was finished

Improvements:
1. Support for IE 8
2. Better display of checkboxes, radio buttons and fieldsets
