Bugs:
1. Custom presentations were not refreshed properly
2. Checkbox values were not saved correctly if checkboxes were on a tab that was not displayed
3. Objects selected for query auto-refresh could cause a crash in the config. tool
4. Scheduler used to show start time of the appointment equal to the end time
5. Report with parameters was broken
