Bugs:
1. Inline editing of references was broken
2. Grids in forms with wizard style didn't work
3. Custom icons for operations on grids placed in the toolbar didn't work
4. Search forms displayed in panels didn't use auto-height

Improvements:
1. "Expanded rows" feature incorporated in sample applications
